Not a whole lot. Maybe a 3rd and b prospect but not as much as CBJ fans think. A 1st and an A+ prospect for a middle 6 forward wont happen

Think Kuhlman+2nd should do the trick.

It's a tough one, he put up 40 points and is a strong physical player. I saw reminisce of Tom Wilson in him. For some reason, he's really struggled this year and parts of the end of last year. If you're gonna trade him right now, probably a 3rd rounder. Very tough to value because of his significant regression and if he can ever back to that level.

Which Anderson are you getting? The 27 goal scorer last year or the 3 point 4th liner this year that was 25-30 point guy for his career before last?

I would not give up more than a 3rd and mid-low prospect to find out.

Strange on how Anderson & Wennberg are playing very cold hockey lately after a first good season/start!
I love is grit... so from MTL: Lehkonen +2x2nd for Anderson +1st. (as MTL host the draft they need a secong first rounder to kill the show)

Probably fed up with Tort’s tbh. Those kind of coaches run their course. Anderson just saw basically half his team leave to free agency and now they stink. Change of scenery could probably do some good for him. Not quite sure what the price tag would be on him tho. He is RFA controlled and comes cheap this season.

I think he fits with the Caps pretty well. Probably offer Panik and Colorado's 2nd. Maybe add Gersich for Gerbe to further sweeten.

Panik has played a bit of 3L in Washington and looked pretty effective defensively. For whatever reason he just doesn't click offensively with Eller and Dowd. And there's no way he's getting a spot in the top six that hasn't changed since it won in 2018. Gersich is a speedy LW prospect who came up during the playoffs under Trotz and seemed in position, good with the puck, but hasn't gotten a look under Reirden.

Yeah.... no.... I’d take less to trade Anderson out of the same division, so we didn’t have to play him 5-6 times a year. If Washington wants Anderson they’d have to make it a 1st. Sorry, but Anderson isn’t a guy you want playing in your own division.
