I dunno whats the problem with Cousins. He had been good and has great advanced stats

Reilly has to go. He really just takes a contract spot.

It would be weird to trade to get back Sergachev, and even more because TBL and MTL are rivals but I like the idea even if we'd switch a LD need to a RD need.

And I doubt Chiarot switch to RD, I'd try Mete and Kulak before. Bergevin should have to have faith in Juulsen to make this trade because he might be the one in the line up if Petry is traded.

Cousin's has been absolutely terrible, his advanced stats look good, but they don't always translate to play on the ice. He should really be a 4th line winger, not the 2nd line top PP winger that Julien is making him out to be

He isn't a PP player nor a 2nd line player, but as a 4th or even 3rd liner he's doing good (that's why Julien gives him more time while Byron+Drouin are injuried). You might think he's average, but "absolutely terrible" lol come on. If you just watch the games and forget about stats, you'll say he's fine.

If you want to blame someone on the 2nd line, it's Domi. He's been average with Drouin out. Obviously, his linemates aren't really 2nd liners but he can't carry a line by himself. He has to do more if he wants a 7m AAV like OP is suggesting.

He's absolutely terrible because he's playing top 6 time and 1st line PP. I have no problem with him if he's only playing 3rd or 4th line.
