I think Brayden Point should be on this list.
1)McDavid
2)Mackinnon
3)Crosby
4)Barkov
5)Eichel
6)Matthews
7)Point
8)Aho
9)Malkin
10)Stamkos
Dont judge, I have recency bias
Then don't post. If you dont have Bergy in the top 5 you dont know hockey. Bergy is argueable top 3 (based on leadership, skill, and defense) but obviously I dont wanna be biased so he is number 5 after MacKinnon and Barkov
Mackinnon, Eichel and Barkov just have too much skill imo to not put them top 5.
Eichel should be 6 behind Bergy. You are right, he is playing AMAZING hockey this year, but Bergy is still over a PPG and is the best defensive forward in hockey and can not be counted out of the top 5 until maybe next year as he gets older

Yeah I have Bergy over Eichel as of now. Eichel probably is better next year, but let's see if he can sustain what he's doing right now
Also, can we all agree that Auston Matthews isn't a top 5 center in the league? He's has so much talent. With that said, he's not consistent, he's all offense, and he can't stay healthy. Yeah he scores goals, but idk in what world is he a top 5 center

Yes the only people that think he is top 7 are leafs fans, and me and a number of habs fans and pens fans and all other fans have literally teamed up to argue against leafs fans and they just dont listen.

I mean if we are only taking in playing ability, I would say Bergeron should be up there at number 5 at best. If we're taking in everything into consideration, he's lower on the list because of injuries taking a toll on him. But if he's 100% then he's one of the best.

I guess it depends on what you consider important too, but yeah good point injuries arent helping him rn!!

If I have to choose between him or Matthews I'm taking Bergeron everyday and twice on Sunday if healthy. There aren't too many I would choose over him especially if cap hit is part of the decision making.
