Thompson's an excellent defensive 4C and an upgrade over Gauthier. Probably tradebait if Montreal drops in the standings. Likewise with Folin.

Yeah I'd be surprised if Ceci isn't traded for cap space. Just no reason to do it right now with johnsson and moore on Ltir

Gauthier has been good this year. Not sure why him and Holl get no respect. They are perfect low maintenance depth guys that do their job well .

the goat hasnt been very good, he started off well but after a month he fell off a cliff. egvall, spezza and petan are all better. Thompson isnt good either and makes way to much for a 4th liner

Leaf fans and only seeing points. Gauthier forechecks and wears down the opposition better than most Leafs. Petan hasn't really done anything, but yeah I like Spezza and Engval. Those two with Guathier is a great 4th line.

He provides absolutely nothing offensively and he isnt a good penalty killer. He is able to forecheck and wear down opponents but if he gains possession of the puck he isnt able to do anything with it. Hes a low event player and if you look at his RAPM hes a negative player.
