First it was Johnson and Gudbranson GONE now it's Galchenyuk and Bjugstad GONE, do you think maybe Rutherford has been trading so much that he's killed any chance of developing team chemistry? 3 of those 4 names are 3rd overall picks. I know that doesn't say too much but still.

Sorry just to clarify your point, are you saying pens shouldn't trade anymore?

I do think they trade too much and it doesn't seem to be working. I understand that trading helped them win back to back cups quite recently. But now it seems like it doesn't take very long from the time they acquire someone to the time people to them want traded away already. Mind you they've got a decent gap between them and other teams fighting for wildcards so it's not dragging them down too much.

I think their strategy at the moment is that the window is closing on Crosby/Malkin/Letang window so they don't want to wait too long on something that's not working out (like Galchenyuk who is a UFA at the end of the season). What's your take on Galchenyuk who is up at the end of the season?

I loved him on Montreal playing wing. I think he's still young enough that he can bring himself back to a similar level. When I saw he was going to PIT in the Kessel trade I thought he was going to regain that 30 goal form again on a line with Sid. I don't follow the Penguins the most so I am not the most sure as to why it hasn't been working out with him. Your thoughts on him?

He hasn't been any good at all, wasn't able to find chemistry with Sid or Malkin and now on the 3rd line with only 2 goals on the season, clock is ticking on his contract too

That's crazy. I hear he is a pretty big defensive liability as well. If Arizona couldn't cure that, maybe he could go to Edmonton.

Hahahaha yeah! Well I think I agree with Arom5477, I think Pens should move him if he's barely going to play
