I don't see Dallas Stars

, who in my opinion will win the cup this year wanting a small overpaid forward like Gourde. And i also don't see Gourde waiving his FULL-NTC...
In other words, if i'm Dallas gm, i don't need Gourde even for free. Dallas is a heavy defensive team, and Gourde can't defend well enough...
Here is some adv stats for you about his defensive skill, if the eyetest or me doesn't convince you:

As you can see our team average are better when Gourde is off the ice which BTW top 10 worst defensive team in the league, so it's not even good...(the average of our team)

I think Dallas rather wants a guy like Kreider/Toffoli like a Mark Stone type of guy for 5 mill $ ... and even if Gourde had good def stats, he is still overpaid... and lots of years left = hard to move that contract...
