I find Miller even better than Risto tbh. Thought it would take way more to get him

Risto is their #1 dman. Miller is their #8 dman who has been healthy scratched half the season

Has he really been that disappointing? Found him really good in Vegas

Then what was with all the summer ACGMs with Sabre’s fans moving Risto for next to nothing. All the sudden he is doing good for them and he’s their #1 dman now? Over Dahlin even?

Risto may be playing top minutes but he is not their #1 Dman.

Miller is much better than their #8 Dman, coaches/GM are either playing others to bolster trade value or worse, showing loyalty to team vets.

I would happily move on from Risto but his value is higher than the package proposed.

That was not the consensus from the fan base only a few fans.

He may play the most minutes, but he is at best our 4th best defenseman

more than a 6th for DeSmith. He's not just an AHL level goalie.
And the penguins aren't going to retain on JJ. Wait till FA hits this year and these teams rebuilding their defense get sticker shock if that's what it takes.

There's no need for both Risto and Schultz, also wouldn't just give up de smith like that
