Description

DeHaan leaving the game in the 1st was just horrible for both him and the hawks. (From my couch) it felt like the air was just let out of the game...Boqvist left for a bit too. Then the Smith's goal came and the flood gates just opened. At least that's the way it felt to me. Rough Night in every aspect. Mostly injury wise though.

With DeHaan out and Keith out that backend...it'll be rough. Forcing myself to stay on the positive side...new guys will be getting serious ice time.

It happens. Having depth softens the blow. Look how well the Avalanche have played with their injuries. It forces the Hawks to play the kids, and I think the club hasn't the depth to win consistently, so these injuries May close the clubs chances of a post season and seriously conceived to a rebuild.
