And could you tell me how he's doing this year? He's never had particularly good underlying numbers and isn't great in his own end.

Racking up a ton of points on the PP in Toronto gets you Norris votes. Amazing.

He's had terrible partners his entire career. His underlying numbers away from, Hainsey were nuts. Then he got saddled with Ceci. Both are terrible.

I mean, Hainsey was on the top pairing for a Stanley cup winner the year before he went to Toronto, was he really all that bad?

Kidding aside, under Babcock he was generally pretty attached to his D partners. The sample size away from them wasn't big.
