Forget HallIf Tor wants Jarry

Created by: Pens3lieve
Team: 2019-20 Pittsburgh Penguins
Initial Creation Date: Dec. 11, 2019
Published: Dec. 11, 2019
Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
As much as we'd love T hall, I really don't think its feasible unless we could clear cap and he'd take a discount to stay long term...if he wants 7x12 then trading for him as a rental makes even zero sense. 8x9.5 would be the highest I would go...ever.
Chicago has been scouting the penguins recently...maybe a mini reversal on the Maatta/Kahun deal. Pens give a youngish forward for a D.
When Minnesota cools off and realizes they need to sell, Fiala would be a great Christmas gift from B Guerin to his former team.
Toronto fans:
Please stop stealing Jarry for Hutchinson(a goalie that hasn't won a game in his life...almost),random 4th liners that we don't need, and random 6th round picks...though Marino was a 6th rounder...
Aston-Reese for physicality, Simon for analytics, Riikola to be a maligned 3rd pairing D, picks just because, and Jarry to get the 1st backup goalie win since January for the Toronto Maple "Leaves"

What do you think?
Pens still have cap room for this year and resigning all the RFAs. D is a lot more solid and F has more Offensive punch than before...and we still have Poulin and the 1st...Mission accomplished!

I know a lot of Leaf fans undervalue Jarry and I know he isn't being traded but that is highway robbery for Pittsburgh

That's the capfriendly way, if someone post a trade you find unfair, the only response is to post one that is monumentally less fair to prove who is the better homer.

Those trades have no value for the Wild or Chicago, there's no way the Leafs are trading Sandin AND Kapanen for a bunch of "stuff".

“If leafs want Jarry” ...continues to add 6 useless pieces to try to get two solid pieces.

If you want kappy back, he can be had but it will be Jarry+.
