Like Shannahan i'm not gonna start pretending Babcock isnt a great coach.

He's made changes to his system and learning from his mistakes.
if you cant respect that and believe someone should be defined by their mistakes not their Action
then that's on you i think .

if his GM isnt even considering it a factor in his firing i am confused why others are .
TML has gone 6-3 since he's left which is what's to be expected when changes are made .
Once a Coach is first it sends a clear message no one's safe and the GM,President nor Owners are happy with this current play.

If we're being honest their games went from a lot of 1 goal games in close decisions to either winning by 3-4 or losing by that much .That's not a ground breaking improvement just scared players who are over payed fearing they might be included in a trade .(expansion creates added opportunities in the spring if they miss the playoffs)

You can't look at Babcock game management and not know he isn't a good head coach. Plus all these personal vendettas against players now are now coming out now.
He will never be hired by a NHL team to coach again. Too much game management incompetence, too much rubbish with personality and player conflict.
