I hate when people say “oh the GM said he’ won’t be traded so it’ll never happen” look if the price is right that guys as* is on a plane and gone the next day. The only exceptions for this rule are the absolute most elite players in the league and even then we’ve seen huge blockbuster trades. So stop saying oh the GM said we won’t trade him, because I guarantee you if TOR offered the rangers a real nice package for Georgiev, he’d be on his way out the door faster than you can touch your toes.

Totally different situation folks. Young promising g that has "tons" of value on NYR and none on the market. He's not an overpaid, head case vet. If you'd be aware of the whole situation, you wouldn't be posting these ridiculous remarks...

When the price is right, he's gone. Shesterkin is playing amazing so Georgiev is expandable no matter what. And with teams looking at good backups, I think you should consider his words as a GM way of saying: If you want to trade for Georgiev, it better be good because we don't have to trade him.

I dont know why Rangers dont just keep the 3, scratch Georgiev next year then let Lundqvist walk when his contract is up then you have one of the most solid 1 2 goalie duos in the league
