Let me guess... you haven't looked at Tuch's stats? You probably think he's a 35 goal scorer when in reality he is a 20-25 goal guy.

He's also 23, huge and reasonably locked in for seven years. VEG says no.

Fair enough. Grzelcyk is also very good.

Boston needs him at 2RW? Coincidentally, so does Vegas.

I know. Maybe unrealistic trade but I was just asking his worth. Replacing the 2nd for a 1st would be an over payment from Boston imo.

A 20-25 g 50 pt player making under 5 mill for the next 6 years is a bargain. Vegas needs tuch, so you would need to overpay and give incentive for Vegas to consider the trade

I think it’s a very fair deal that Vegas rejects because they love that contract.

Tuch is signed for 6 more seasons after this one, that's definitely worth a 1st round pick.

The least understood thing on this site is the value of term.

Except he’s their RW3 behind Stone and Smith.

Only way Vegas sends Tuch to B’s is for Carlo.

I did the same deal except the 2nd was a 1st and Miller was added for Tuch and a 4th. And I still think they decline that.

only way tuch is going to boston is if its carlo + going back. he's a 55-60 point power winger when healthy, 23, lots of potential...and cost controlled for 7 years

They are both signed next year with Vegas too and the year after that.

They need to move Smith to LW and possibly move Marchessault.

Marchy is signed for 5 more years and has been very good for them.

Granted if they could get a top 30 RD man they should.
