As a Blackhawks fan, you can’t possibly think those Oilers and Boston trades are good for the Blackhawks in any way.

The Oilers trade isn’t bad. Bowman loves trading for Pulju type players. Sucks that Gustafson isn’t A RHD, which would’ve been nice

There’s many other better options in a return for Gustafsson. With JP there’s no guarantee you are getting any value back. He may never come back to the NHL and if he does he might be just as bad or worse.

I really don’t know if that’s true with Gustafsson, at least with how he’s played this year in this system, with this defensive core. I don’t know if anyone gives up more than a 2nd for him at this point
