Sometimes those third paring dmen don't get many pointsConfused

It reminded me of a editorial cartoon after the Gilmour from Calgary to Toronto trade in 1992? Leafs benefitted big time immediately. The two main pieces was Gilmour to the Leafs and Leeman to the Flames. Jeff Reese a backup goalie was also traded to the Flames.
The cartoon have Leeman and Reese talking at practise, five weeks after the trade Reese: " I know how you feel, I haven't scored a goal yet either." Somehow Leeman at the time of cartoon had gone 18 games without scoring a goal.
