Against the Caps he is, everyone else not so much. He's good, but isn't even close to elite.

obviously im trolling, but Brock Nelson has played like a low end 1C since the beginning of the 18-19 season. He has the best defensive impact on the team (tasked with shutting down opposing teams top lines) ,leads all NHL centers in all-situation high-danger attempts, and is on pace for 30 goals, 66 pts! Not bad for 6 mill AAV.

I can tell you as a Caps fan I hate playing against him haha Was hoping he'd leave during UFA.

Beauvillier has been unreal. Both him and barzal are obviously very skilled players, but the way they battle in the corners and retrieve pucks is fun to watch. A lot of that has to do with Barry trotz.
