    That could easily change if he was playing with Matthews. There’s no depth on cbj and I doubt he’s playing first line

    if there is no depth and he isnt on the first line why would we put him on the first line with a deep team?

    Anderson’s numbers would probably rise back up to where he was last two years playing with Matthews and Nylander and he brings a style of play that could help take that line to next level. Similar to Hyman with Tavares and Marner and Kassian with Drai and Mcdavid. Having a workhorse paired with two superstars has a lot of proven success as lines

    Try it. We have options. We players who can play with him, but I’m pretty sure he would be able to produce with 2 great players playing with him.

    Johnsson drives play by himself whereas Anderson would need AM & WN to drive play for him. Look don't get me wrong, I would love to have Anderson but not at that price.
