Description

Puck up a sniper in Palmieri to support Olofsson's growth for the next 2 years. I don't think NJD move him bc he's born and bred NJ, but it would be cool. Other less ideal options could be Toffoli or Iaffalo LAK, Rakell from ANA, or Marchessault/Smith from VGK for varying prices, or stand pat because the adds at C let Mojo move back to the wing.

Pick up a top end two-way shutdown center in Bonino, and another very solid one in Bjugstad, to show Asplund the ropes for the next 2 years, along with helping 9/37/Cozens on that side of the game... y'know since THE PERFECT guy for this role got run out of town >:(... but I digress.

Trades are pretty good actually imo. Lines are off but trades are fine

Maybe change the 2nd to a first and swap sheary for someone slightly worse? This is a good trade and i'm usually against trading Palms.

Oh thanks, I left Palmieri out just because I didn't think they'd actually be willing to move him, and was testing the lines without him. I'll fix that

Honestly I don't think there's room to resign Sheary in this scenario, but if you'd rather have Vesey that works too haha. I'd argue for conditions on the pick i.e. advance in the playoffs it becomes a 2020 1st and NJ sends a 3rd back in 2022+, but I'd crack if you pressed the issue.
