Not sure he would choose to sign with Chicago. They're a long-shot for the playoffs and I'm sure he wants a chance at a Cup before he retires.

I get this feeling that Bowman might be feeling the heat and might be making some bold win-now moves come the deadline. With Shaw, De Haan and Caggiula all being LTIR eligible cap space will allow for some interesting moves.

Well the contract termination part is already out of the way, so he can sign anywhere he wants. I doubt any GM would offer him a contract longer than the end of this season. Montreal could probably sign him to a one year deal at $1M if they wanted. Same problem as Chicago IMO. Is Montreal really in a position to win now?
