I don't think this trade makes this team any closer to a cup. Pageau is scoring in a top 6 role, his production will drop in a 3C role. Do you really want to demote Lee so Duclair can play in the top 6? That doesn't seem like it'll be a good trade off, especially when you consider how much of a difference the Senator's system is from the Islanders'

Sens aren't touching Komarov or JHS, and the sens are flush with LW more impressive than Bellows, so I don't see the fit.

Yes Pageau would, Duclair would not. Just don't expect nearly the same production from Pageau.

you may be able to get a autograph pic of JPG and Ducliar for that offer but not the player themselves. OTT easy pass, 1st + for duclair alone is what OTT will ask whether he is worth or not is irrelevant. he is a RFA and no reason for OTT to trade him.
