PREDATORS FANS- What do you think

Created by: WhereArtTLuongo
Team: 2019-20 Vancouver Canucks
Initial Creation Date: Dec. 17, 2019
Published: Dec. 17, 2019
Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
Note that before canucks fans have a heart attack, I want to make it clear that this isn't from a real life perspective of the canucks but from the perspective of a Canucks AGM I've been making since June. I know Boeser won't be traded in real life nor do I want him to be but with a surplus of wingers in my AGM and not many futures I've decided to trade him for picks/prospects.
Trades
1.
VAN
  1. Mismash, Grant [Reserve List]
  2. Smith, Craig
  3. Tolvanen, Eeli
  4. 2020 2nd round pick (NJD)
  5. 2021 1st round pick (NSH)
Additional Details:
Similar to Hall getting a First and a conditional third, Boeser brings back a first and a conditional Second in this scenario. The condition on the Second is that if the Predators make it to the Conference finals in the 2020 playoffs, then it becomes a First Rounder and the 2021 First Rounder is also top 3 protected. Like Bahl in the Hall deal, Tolvanen is the A level prospect coming back in this trade while Mishmash is the equivalent of Merkely coming back in this deal. Smith is taken to make the salary work while Motte and Eliot are given in exchange to help the bottom 6 and the AHL defense. Fair?
NSH
  1. Boeser, Brock
  2. Eliot, Mitch
  3. Motte, Tyler
Additional Details:
Boeser is on pace for 30 goals and 77 points this season and he is still only 22. On the other hand, Eliot is only 21 and he is a Right Shot D who is on pace for 13 goals and 34 points in the AHL despite primarily playing 2nd or 3rd pairing minutes in Utica while Motte can help out the bottom 6
2.
VAN
  1. Afanasyev, Egor
Additional Details:
Afanasyev in the deal above instead of Mishmash

What incentive do the Canucks have to move Boeser?

This isn't from a real life perspective of the canucks, this is from the perspective of an AGM I've been making since June. It's in the description. What do you think of the trade BTW?

Terrible move for the Canucks that would set the organization back.

For Preds, I'd take the deal if you left it at Mismash. If Afanasyev has to be included, I'd probably pull back the NJ 2nd for MIN 3rd. Forsberg - Duchene - Boeser, sign me up.
