As the value is off for Deangelo, adding Tuch would be an overpayment for DeAngelo as well.

Not sure why you're not neutralizing for TOI...

Deangelo is 8th in Points/60 at all strengths
Deangelo is 4th in Points/60 at Even Strength

Unless you'd like to make the point that Nosek's 7 points means he's been more offensively productive when he's been on the ice than Stephenson's 5 points lololol

....Why are you comparing a contract signed at 30 to one signed at 25? Unclear whether you're aware of how contract valuations work

Anyway this is the same deal that Dumba and Ghost and Seth Jones and Parayko all signed.

But if you like to evaluate offensive production I'd be happy to discuss that....
