Not enough for Savard with retention. We’d get much better offers for him as a rental next year if we retain then a middle 6 wing prospect and a 2nd in a weaker draft.

Lind is perhaps the Canucks best wing prospect besides Pod. I could add another B prospect to make up for the retention.

What is the deal with Juolevi? Is he ever going to make the NHL?

Injuries are ruining him, but he'll probably be one of those high draft pick reclamation stories you hear of in a few years

Do Benning and/or Green stick around next year with no playoffs this year?

He's been performing really nicely since returning from his latest injury. Give him a year and a half more. He won't be the Heiskanen/Hughes/Makar, but is almost certainly a top 4 or a top pair compliment guy.

Benning should. I'm fine with what he has done. Green I'm neutral on. He's done well developing this team, but he isa development coach that doesn't know how to push his young players beyond the development. I don't like the offensive strategy at all lately and don't think it works with the team we have right now. I don't wish for him to go yet, but I don't see him as the coach that takes us deep into the playoffs
