This is a overpayment and a half. I would do bracco and and a 3rd for vats and ceci for Simmonds cuz Wayne has zero value

He is a playoff guy and adds some grit. Plus the devils retain a lot so the rest makes it fair. IMO.

Ian Scott- potential to be a starter

Bracco- good passing and vison hes 22

I don’t know much about the other guy.

A second round pick no thanks.

Grit or not I would rather trade for someone who can score and still be offensive and not a pilon.

TBH, value wise, it’s pretty bang on. But, as much as I like Simmonds, he doesn’t fit the Leads playing style. I’d drop bracco and it to a 3rd rd pick and drop Simmonds. That helps both teams imo

I agree scott is not a starter but could be a solid tandem guy with blackwood. Also the leafs have enough offensive guys in the lineup but they need guys who will go get the puck and stand in front of the net for the skill guys.

Bracco & 3rd is stupid underpayment for Vats.
Sami is on target for 36 pts on a ****ty team. Righty top 4 D. Yeah he's a ufa, but I'd try and resign him before that offer. Shero can retain on him and Kapanen will be the ask with Ceci given for $ purposes.

I think this would be an easy pass from NJD. Its a list of spare pieces from the Leafs...none of which would turn into players on NJD's 2020-21 roster.

I disagree I think bracco and scott could be solid nhl players.
