Description

This is just a bunch of proposed trade ideas for the Devils to begin their rebuild. Of course most or all of them could not occur due to the limitation on retained-salary transactions.

Why would the Jets give up Ehlers for a rental and guy that won't come close to his skill level?

It's like a waterfall.of unrealistic, the farther you scroll down through the trades the worst they get. You're getting 1st rounders for guys who arent worth it, you're acquiring players that are the best in the trade without giving any value back, justvall around bad

Leafs aren't giving up Kapanen for a "upgrades the RHD a bit" (your words) It would have be a significant upgrade. Like Severson term if he was solid addition at RHD.
