this could work but it would be swapped around nyr getting the 3rd rounder instead of giving it up

Admittedly, I don't follow the Canucks, but that's a lot of D prospects in NY, no?

Even if the Rangers were to dump/buyout Staal/Smith, I'm just not really sure where Juolevi ends up fitting?

Is he an upgrade over Libor and Lindgren?

Nah. Andersson looks like a way bigger of a bust than Juolevi. Plus Juolevi hasn’t had a shot in the NHL yet. His potential is bigger than Anderssons

anderson wasnt given a fair chance to succeed but he actually made the nhl while oullevi hasnt amounted to anything with more time than Anderson has had. Anderson commands more value.

Fair enough. I know that he certainly has upside, but the early injuries definitely held him back for a bit.

Juolevi has been unlucky with injuries. He isn’t bad by any means. Juolevi holds more value
