I don't know. I kind of like the deal, but I feel like Rangers are taking back too much salary (between retaining on Kreider and taking 2 Cap dumps) to make the return worth it.

Fast could be worth Puljujarvi.

Kreider worth 1st and middle Prospect (adding Lias bumps it up to Yamamoto).

But then the Rangers are giving up Gross (which really isn't major, to be honest) and taking those 2 Dumps for nothing else.

Just feel like something else should be there. But the majority of that return is still pretty sweet.

Cause CF doesn't know everything Smith plays F quite a bit but even if you look in NYR depth charts he is listed as #4RW
