Description

Change of scenery for both players. Even if AJ doesn't put up a lot of points at first for the Rangers, at least he provides some protection. If the refs from now on are going to continue only calling soft penalties on Lemieux and not call for example intentional attempt to injure elbow shots to the head a 5:00 major, like Ellis did to Buchnevich - before being forced from the game for concussion protocol. Then the Rangers need to start taking matters into their own hands, if the refs aren't going to properly police the game. AJ Greer likes to fight, on and off the ice, and the refs need to feel as though the game will get completely out of their control if they make calling a game one-sided against NYR the trend.

ANDERSSON ASKED TO BE TRADED - COL WOULD YOU MAKE THIS TRADE. If you're the Rangers aren't you asking for future problems with your players if allow Andersson to "control his destiny". For the return you might get for him, I would make him stay Ranger property. Don't want all disgruntled minor leaguers, expect to traded.

You have a good point... Maybe in a few days he'll calm down a little and rejoin the team. Like when he threw his silver medal into the stands at the WJC and after he calmed down a little, he let the officials give the retrieved medal back to him.
