Like Subban definitely is an upgrade, it’s just that fans will be so angry at Chevy if he was ever traded here.

Yes many facets to the gamble, which could possibly just an audition for another deal in summer, jets blueline missing the sports car or jacked up truck, some of the other teams in west got. This deal probably not happen on chemistry alone, but an idea for a run just the same.

Subban is terrible, overrated and overpaid, should stay far far away from him unless the plan is to kill the room then he's the guy you're looking for.

Severson would likely do well with the Jets but would probably cost a fair bit to acquire, a 2nd for Vatanen is the most I think they should do.

It's not missing a Subban, ESPECIALLY at that price, I wouldn't mind him if he made 3 mil and cost a second, but he's gonna cost a first, a decent prospect, and a solid middle 6 F, and make 6 mil, that's a hard pass from me

I agree. Subban's value has to be at an all time low so there is no way the jets would give up a 1st for him. This draft is suppose to be deep and Chevvy would be dumb to deal the pick.
Someone already mentioned it, but Subban is kinda hated in Winnipeg. Jets fans have a thing about hating on the other teams best (not uncommon) but Subban gave it back ( as he should). Not to mention the rivalry with Nashville has been one of the best in hokey in the last number of years.
