Yan and Volkov are not becoming what they should've been.. the've been stuck in the AHL.. They have like 15 goals combined in the NHL..

That’s fair, but if the Canucks could get a first + a prospect/an NHL d man for Tanev that’d be more than enough

Crazy to think we're at a point where fire Cooper has an argument behind it

His career in Tampa has been excellent. The year he took over he turned it around. He's brought them to the cup final and the conference final at least once (I want to say twice?) Outside of that.

Anyone remember the year where everyone was injured and he almost took an AHL team to the playoffs?

But they could use a shakeup. There is an argument to be made Their goal differential is better than their record so there is probably some bad luck, but still. That's a Stanley Cup favourite that's been spinning it's wheels this year. They need to do something

Tampa has wasted a decade with Cooper .. 1 Cup appearance .. 2 conference final LOSSES while blowing 3 to 2 leads (lost game 6 or 7 on home ice in those conference finals!!!! .. so to me that is NINE years of TEN of underachieving.. Cooper longest tenured coach with no Cup .. fire him ASAP or just killing time with ceiling a first round loss ..
