I think Gaudreau and his reasonable contract for 2 more years after this would cost one of the Avs top prospects and I don't see Jost or Timmins being that - even with the two firsts. CGY would rather Byram than a late 1st

That may be, but I don't think he is good enough to get Gaudreau - Gaudreau is one of the top LW in the NHL, only 26, and has 2 more years under contract. CGY has all the power in where he goes, and if he does, they will get at least one top prospect I would expect
