Price is the only goalie to win Hart in the 2010’s. I know he didn’t win a cup (horrible teams in front of him), but he deserves a spot. Fleury lost his starting job to Murray during their back to back cups. Lundqvist didn’t win a cup either.

Malkin has the 3rd highest point per game of this decade. Won the Hart, Art Ross, Lindsay, multiple cups, multiple 1st All-Star team appearances. Why is he on the 3rd line?

Holtby got screwed on a hart, set the record for most wins in a season, won a vez and a cup. I’d say he’s in the running

Yes but he played for an incredibly stacked Caps team that won the President’s Trophy pretty much every year. Holtby was world-class, but Price took some Habs teams that were barely elite to the playoffs. A few times they went pretty deep.

Caps teams were so successful bc of Holtby not despite Holtby. I’m not saying he was better than price but he should 100% be considered in the top 2

That’s true. Could have been from previous workloads or just an off season. Hard to actually know. Goalies are always weird bc hardly ever are any constantly consistent. Like Vasilevskiy or whatever has been a wall now he’s having some issues.
