Practically no GM's do offer sheets. But this is ArmchairGM, not a prediction of what he thinks Holland will do.

Anyways, I think Anderson could be acquired through trade for less than a 2020 2nd round pick, and then signed for less than $4M x 5 years - especially with the season he's having right now. OS-ing him is just a bad idea.
