Agreed

although if Kulak's 2 way then Reilly with better defensive numbers should get more credit .
Personally i think Reilly's the better overall player but he's got issues with not being able to play as many minutes .

Kulak's a good option for 19-20 minutes if that's what's needed
but once Chariot , Mete , Weber and Petry are back taking over Special Teams Assignments
Kulak becomes a non factor offensively and usually gets scratched for 5+ games .

Kulak like Weal has benefitted from players getting injured but failed to step up .
Kulak's a less talented Morrow who played the same role with a lot more success in both ends

Reilly's more like Barberio who has potential but because he cant get his stamina up to a point he can play 20 + minutes regularly yet so he'll bounce around a few more years before landing in a system that's rebuilding who will play him a lot .

We could do better with both
grabbing Hutton after VAN didnt qualify him atleast would have given us a player capable of 20-22 minutes on ice
Benn is likely getting Waived by VAN as youth push him out pushing him to the 6/7 D role

We just need to buy Romanov and Harris a year or two .
Once both young LD show up both will need a stint in the AHL if Primeau and Poehling did .
Kulak and Reilly arent the guys to hold down the fort until they're ready

Take a look at : https://www.hockeyatlas.net/atlas.html

It does a good job describing every player in few lines, even thought it would need some updates (Lehko is still described as an accurate shooter)

I would put Lehkonen, Thompson and Petry as 2 ways.

The lack of snipers and power fowards is obvious.

He's that two but he's also a Grinder like Gallagher who back checks and fore checks hard especially in the high traffic area's like the Corners .

We do need a Sniper but i think Caufields up next year for similar reasons as Hughes came up to VAN because his team isnt a contender .
Despite top tier talent like Turcotte and Caufield joining they're D core is weak and their goaltending is not doing well either.
Despite Caufield leading the NCAA most of the year in goals they are 2nd last in their division and likely not going to get any better next year as many Seniors depart.

We do need something more but i do believe Domi's got the potential if we could just find him a solid RW playmaker
A player such as Josh Anderson in CBJ is a player who could really push Domi into the 30-40 goal range .
We saw what having Drouin and Shaw feeding Domi constant passes saw him roof just under 30 goals last year with a few Goal of the Year Candidate's
