If Vasilevsky gets hurt Tampa misses the playoffs. If Bob gets hurt Florida misses the playoffs. If any starter gets hurt long term most of not all teams will be hard pressed to make the playoffs. 2. There are teams with very good backup goalies .. Halak in Boston .. Mc Elhenney in Tampa Samsonov in Washington etc. etc.. .. LOTS of modern stats now say playing 2 goalies is way to go .. and even in playoffs.. although NHL teams haven't gone there yet. Toronto you have no 2nd and will have a worn out Andersen with a crap bottom 10 AGAIN.

3. Seriously do you ever step back and look at players 10 to 20 and say "Wow we suck and will never have depth to win playoffs"? .. if you dont it pure denial.

You have mentioned the whole the Leafs have no depth many times. I have no idea who you are talking about because literally everyone says they are incredibly deep upfront especially.
