FWIW, it's a term I'd never heard of until Holland showed up in Edmonton.

He's always talking about looking for players with "juice".

Now "juice" is a term Jim Devellano loves to use and Holland started with the Wings as goalie in 1983 hung up his skates in1985 and immediately went to work as a scout. Devellano started with the Wings in 1982 so they worked together for a long time. It's one of those terms when you heard someone from the Wings front office say it in an interview it puts a smile on your face. I think it's cool that Holland is going to continue to use it and kind of pass it along to a new generation.
