Kerfoot playing 2nd line on a regular basis will not get you to the second round, he is a 3rd liner
Which results in Spezza playing 4th line, which is where he should be

Mikheyev should be back, so all the more reason to move Kerfoot down
Seems like you really want to give Ceci away, so ship him off for a 6th or 5th.

I would take Timashov over Korshkov (who I haven't seen play in the NHL)
Since Mikheyev should be back, no point in signing Kovalchuk

Cody ceci for kevin bahl ?? What kind of shat is that. Ceci value is negative unless toronto pay to get ride of him they won’t and they c’early won’t get a good blueline prospect for him

While I freely declare that Ceci is nowhere near as bad as so many make him out to be, umm the Devils ain't doin' that. Bahl was their main tangible piece from the Hall deal, he will grow there (or at least cost a lot more to acquire).

Sharks trade works fine if they are out of playoffs for sure. Dont really need another AHL player though

Prout has size and grit and is know for being physical and shutdown type DMan. Plus he will drop the gloves when needed.
Mainly used as a 7th DMan instead of Marincin. But can be inserted if going against a physically tougher opponent

Mikheyev is out three months and at that point, why bring him into the lineup? The rest of the team is already at the point of having made the playoffs and battling for seeding...or they are out.

For Mikheyev it would be training camp all over again. Just let him recover and have a fresh start next season.

Agreed, Mikheyev is done for the year.
Wont be in playoff form to help Leafs.
