If I was the Jets I'd make that trade, would probably have to send a contract back though to make it work.

really loading up on nothings as prospects and future draft picks. this has to be one of the worst full rebuilds ive seen. You traded young players and actual tradeable assets for really nothing now and columbus has to wait for a year or 2 for most of these returns... why not trade for current assets or better prospects?

@Ajp_18 What's the value on Nutivaara right now? If the Jackets were to move him, what's he going to cost a team?

This is not a rebuild, this is a franchise self-destruction

I have really no clue at this point. He hasn’t played much this season if at all due to a concussion. I’d like to see a 3rd and a decent prospect as the return but it depends on how he is when he’s back on the ice.

My thoughts are the this is really bad and the only trade that is anywhere close to happening is the Winnipeg one. The Toronto one is a bunch of useless parts for Savard and Jenner, both solid players. The only good things coming back are Bracco, who. Isn’t needed on the right side, and a 1st... but that’s in 2021 2 drafts from now... plus you want retention on both players... The Pittsburgh one is a pens fans dream, Johnson will never play in Columbus again for the jackets. And Vegas is massively overpaying.
