I actually can not believe that Marc (The Most Incompetent GM in the NHL) Bergevin is still the GM of the Canadians.

Vancouver declines and says they will take Price, Caufield, Suzuki and two 1st round picks and you have to take Eriksson, Ferland, Baertschi and Sutter back.
Ducks say pound sand as nobody want Byron
Hall also laughs and says pound sand

Price value isn't anywhere near that. He has not looked good in a while and his contact doesn't help. Habs gonna have to eat some of that cap hit if they have any chance to trade him for value.

Bergevin have made some real good shot. He got domi for galchenyuk. Danault and romanov for Fleischmann and weise. Pick up byron for free off waivers. Got a major package for Pacioretty in tatar suzuki and a second rounder. Brought in shea weber for pk (who have regress every single year since). Acquire armia and a pick for literally nothing. The drouin sergachev deal have been good for both team both tampa maybe end up winning that one. Is biggest mistake was to sign alzner over markov two year ago but overall he have done ok. Racking up a lot of draft pick and building a very strong prospect pool over the last three season. There is lot worst gm then bergevin in that league. You thibk that giving 33 millions to 3 players is the way to managed a team. Having 14 millions to sign 13 players next offseason is good managing.

I will give you that the Domi deal was a great deal for Canadians but I actually think he just got lucky that Domi realized that his career was going downhill and decided to wake up and start working harder. All the other trades you mentioned are typical Bergevin deals with no long-term plan or vision. Marc Bergevin is part of the OldBoys Club in the NHL and never really paid his dues properly to actually become a GM and only got the job because of his connections. Trading PK for Webber was an insane deal for the Canadians. You basically traded one of the most popular Canadians for Webber who has a crazy contract that you will never be able to move and is too slow a skater in todays NHL. You then sign Price to a crazy contract which you will never be able to move and it is insane to have that type of money tied up in a goalie on a weak NHL team. I actually can not think of a worst GM in the NHL than Marc Bergevin and can not believe that he still has his job.

Kyle dubas is the worst gm next in the league. Horrible signing with no vision. Is plan is to bankrupt the maple leafs. He made horrible trade like barrie who can even tide is skate alone.

you don't think Nick Suzuki and Mattias Norlinder are part of a long-term plan?

you don't think Tatar has helped this team? AND can be moved for more future assets that are part of a long-term plan?

did you know Weber has been ranked 5th in Norris voting? how is Subban doing this year? the answer is Weber has more goals than he has points

a classic idiotic leaf fan
