Don’t ask those Maple Leafs fan think that all other GM are suckers. This kind of post happen everyday. They always make the trade in their advantage.

He probably wouldn't be... but the trade is intriguing to me (as a Preds fan). I think highly of Liljegren and think he'd be able to step in similar to how Fabbro has. I also think Ingram could step in where Saros is and do better or no worse (atleast for the tank this season). Liljegren is expansion draft exempt which means Nashville would be able to go 7,3,1 and keep the d group intact.

That said... a move like this with Ellis possibly injured would basically be packing it in for this year and possibly next unless they really think Liljegren is ready. Value may be there but I don't see why Nashville would be selling off the younger cost controlled players instead of the older more expensive ones.

That's an interesting perspective and the expansion draft angle is one to consider.

If Nashville did a trade like this they'd be wise to sell off as many of their UFA's as possible and start a quick retool with whatever assets they accrue from them and if Liljegren is indeed ready next season then really the Preds D would pretty much be in as good of shape as it is now.

I don’t know anything about Korshkov and am skeptical about Bracco so maybe Nashville should want something better then them Idk but this is an interesting trade idea for both teams involved.

Korshkov I view higher than Bracco he is big and strong and can skate very well for his size, decent hands as well the only reason I've targeted fabbro is because I view him close to liljegren just with more NHL experience and he would immediately replace Ceci. Bracco could be swapped for someone like Robertson and remove the CLB 3rd
