I disagree. He looked very good before this injury this year. I don't think he's a bonafide 2C but he's a good player. He can play an effective role, maybe on the Lowry line, can PK, PP2, etc. It will cost assets to dump his contract and buying him out will be painful. His NMC is over next season so he doesn't need to be protected in the draft over the team's better forwards.

I also think a Ehlers-Little-Wheeler line this year could be very effective, and Copp-Lowry-Roslovic would provide offence. The Jets biggest issue is depth scoring and their weakest position organizationally is C.

The Jets biggest issue is Lowry is terrible and the coach over plays him.

I dont agree with this at all and considering the severity of the injury Little suffered this is a real d!ck post to make! If anything the Jets desperately need Little to return ASAP, Wheeler is gassed and struggling to keep up and Lowry is just so bad and can not contribute the slightest on the score sheet, hopefully Little can return and help with some depth down the middle at either 2 or 3C.

I said this because of his injury. I think he has become injury prone to the point of walking away from the game and being on LTIR for good.

Then maybe say that in a comment.

You're Copp for Wood trade sucks too btw, if that's Lowry instead of Copp it's fine, better to keep Perreault over Bjustad, funny enough that's a trade that almost happened a couple seasons back.

A healthy Little should bump Lowry down to 4C.

I agree. Little is a good hockey player (funny statement). He does a lot of things really well and plays in all situations. The jets are better when he;s on the ice. I hope he comes back healthy and ready to roll for the second half
