But a really doubt that he will be the one sacrifice in tampa bay. Killorn have been great for them in playoff. And he bring size over player like johnson or gourde. He seem to have a chemistry when he play with stamkos

Tampa is in a tough spot, they have to find a team willing to take a contract for just futures and all those players have NTC which could really throw a wrench into things. I think they are set up to basically lose a deal no matter what whether it's Killorn, Johnson, gourde or palat.

Tampa is going to get absolutely hosed by other teams this offseason when they have to move some combination of Killorn/Palat/Johnson/Gourde

Byron @ 2.5m cap ,ikonen and a 3rd
to take on
Tyler johnson and Boris Katchouk

Both Byron and Johnson have deals with term so the exchange create's a balance .
TBL save 2.5m for 4/5 years then 5m on the 5th year while also gaining a B+ Prospect and a mid draft pick
MTL takes on more cap at first glance but the reality is that Johnson's style of hockey in MTL could see him become worth his cap to us .
Both teams switching Small Speedy forwards ensure's they're not losing key forecheckers for nothing .

People down on Johnson should note from 2013-2018 only Kucherov scored more Playoff Points then Johnson for TBL . Yes Johnson may be declining but thats what everyone said about Tatar who currently leads our Team in Points . MTL gets a player with speed ,skill and goal scoring ability to come in and bolster our RW D .

Tatar-Danault-Gallagher
Drouin-Domi-Johnson
Lehkonen-KK-Armia
Kovalchuk-Thompson-Suzuki
Cousins

say what you will but adding 2 goal scorer's on a gamble is risky but i like it .
Kovalchuk brings the big body and can benefit from Suzuki speed on his off wing
Johnsons speed and ability to drive the net to score goals will create lots of juicy rebounds for Domi and Drouin .

Factor in our Top 4 D now is 6'3-6'4 on average with a youth injection on bottom pair and we're starting to look like a playoff team when we're healthy .

The question becomes can we get healthy in time and at who's expense will we capitalize?
At this point it would have to be the flyers who are on their own 3 game losing streak and clinging to final wildcard in the east .

I think Johnson Gourde Palat are the first to be trade out... and Johnson will be the one to get the best returned for.
From MTL: Lehko, Juulsen, 3rd

Lehkonen is pretty good, you'd trade him for Johnson?

Until Tampa management or ACGMs can find logical trade pattern for either Palat or Killorn both with M NTC....seems like these players have no motivation to make it easy to be traded from Tampa. Some other players have NTC...they aren't leaving.

There might so few teams that might be be eligible to trade for Killorn, without sending cap to Tampa, Tampa isn't shouldn't expect much in return in a trade despite Killorn's good on ice value.

As bad as I think he is .. Tyler Johnson probably fetches highest return .. recall total NMC is only for 1 more year in 2020/21 .. then it modified or Seattle

New Asst. Cap Killorn going to be sacrificed due to shrimps?.. Armeggedon

On JT Miller trade .. I would rather have JT NOW .. than some "prospect" 4 years from now .. Cooper has always favored the shrimps and mis used Miller ... he would be top 6 for us NOW .. yet another issue with Girlie Girl
