If half of Kreider's salary is retained, I'd consider a first in that deal. Otherwise, no way. In fact, Blues dont need Rangers to retain anything since Vlad is on LTIR and likely will be for end of year.

If I was Army I would offer Sanford one of the prospects listed above that NY wants and a 2nd. And If they wont do it without a first then do it.
