Ian Mitchell will definitely not be going. Not sure about the others. Personally I don't know why both fan bases think Ceci would be good on the Hawks, yeah we lack in defense but that doesn't mean we pick up anyone. He's not fast, doesn't produce points, and his plus minus is terrible for a defensemen.

A 4th, cant see Chicago offering much more than that. Hes not exactly a deadline rental piece with value. Think the Mike Reilly.

Ya I know Mitchell is a pipe dream but just thought I’d put him in because I like him. I read an article today saying they were looking to add d depth so figured it might be something to look into. Leafs wouldn’t want a lot back at all so maybe it’s a fit if they want to try someone else on their d and move him to make room.

I’d take a 4th if that’s what we could get. I’m not sure if any of the guys I listed apart from Mitchell have much more value then a 4th though so I’d lean a player. But I’d take a pick as well

We're not offering anything for Ceci. You're gonna need to pay someone to take him.

Would probably be a pick swap where we get a higher pick to take the cap dump maybe but tbh don't really want him unless he is part of a package where we get Johnsson or Kap

If the Leafs included Kapanen what would the return be from Chicago?

I think Mitchell is untouchable at this stage or very close to it. In saying that, what would like like if you added Kapanen in?

Who wouldn't want Mitchell as a prospect? Let me answer that; about every team in the NHL. Bottom line, we don't want Ceci, Leafs need to pay us to take him not us paying the Leafs.
