It sure is, does anyone really want that serial killer on their team. Or in their city.

You ever seen Lundqvist let in more than 3 goals, just saying...

That ANA 2nd, hopefully, will be pretty close to the PIT 1st. Kahun sorta has to part of it just because of next years cap hit for him. They need RD depth (like PIT doesn't...) so maybe pull the 3rd?

I would switch kahun and addison with gally and schultz and take out the 1st. Pit wants to get rid of gally and wont be able to resign schultz. the ducks get a rd who honestly can probably go on top pair and top pp when he is healthy. the ducks will probably be able to resign schultz and maybe even both if they can get gally around a similiar or smaller contract due to lack of production. Addison and marino are pits future on rd so i wouldnt get rid of either. Personally i wouldn't go after silfverberg based on how big his cap is for his little production, but maybe hed produce more in pit. if pit was going to pay that much go for a big name. thats my personal opinion.

Value wise, I'm on board. I just don't know to say that I see Schultz waiving for ANA or ANA taking on 2 UFA's (without a 1st coming along) for one of the few assets they would/should move considering that they are in at least a several year re-tool if not a full blown re-build.

so you trade a guy like Kahun who is looking like he'll spend his career being a 20 goal scorer for an over paid 20 goal scorer and give then all kind of other assets too.
Total waste. This doesn't make the team better.

yeah schultz most likely wouldn't waive but if he did ANA could flip him at the deadline to a team that needs another rd puck moving dman for the playoffs. as for gally they could definitely resign him or like schultz, flip him

He is the sexier choice but given where ANA is as a team, I don't see them moving him.

Why do people keep sending the moon for 35-45 point forwards?
