Description
game last night was big. couldn't help but notice that buchnevich did not play well last night. Thoughts on trading him? What is the value on DeBrusk? I know Boston's coach isn't too happy with him and Krejci.

Somebody clearly listened to Milbury last night instead of actually watching the game. That BOS trade in particular is hot flaming garbage

Is it though? Not really from the way I look at it. The Bruins need 2nd line scoring because they have nothing beyond their first line. Debrusk doesn't fit what they need right now. This deal could help them win the cup NOW.

DeBrusk is an upgrade from buch. he also fits into the rangers plan a lot better than buch does. rangers should be able to get more from boston including kreider but its not drastic. buch hasn't became anything special. he is a very replaceable player that i seriously don't the team keeps when his contracts ends.

He might be a slight upgrade, but Senyshyn is a non-asset in this trade. So it's 2 Top 6 wingers, one with retention, for one slightly younger one. And for the record, young Top 6 F's are not "very replaceable players" that teams don't keep when their contract ends

buch is only a top 6 winger because he's on the rangers that lack depth on the ride side now. he is in the same position miller was in before the rangers traded him. the rangers aren't going to want to give him a big contract with kakko and kravtsov coming up. JT miller was a much better player at the same age. buch will have success but he hasn't shown yet that he is a proven top 6 forward. if buch isn't traded this summer he is gone by next dl. i would bet money on it!

I actually went to the game thank you very much. I don't listen to that bum. Buch was a turn over machine. Turned it over in the offensive zone a lot. I am not saying he isn't a good player but why not get something we need? You know? A top 6 winger who plays with an edge.
