Voracek has 4 more years at 8.25 million and just turned 30. Unless you're gonna retain salary I'd rather not.

Most FA contracts don't, if he plays well for over half of it (which I think he would) then that's usually all you can ask for

That's fair, although he's still a very productive winger and would easily be a top 5 contributor on most teams in the league. I was considering using Ristolainen instead to balance the cap a bit more for Buffalo, but I don't know how their fans feel about him currently

It really doesn't matter since he said he is willing to take a pay cut to stay in Boston and I don't see Boston passing up that opportunity.
