MTL declines in a heartbeat

We have a ton of centres up and coming (Kotkaniemi, Suzuki, Poehling, Evans?, Domi, Danault) and Caufield, Ylonen? coming to play RW. Domi's the 2C and will remain that until he doesn't resign.
Turris is a cap dump

In order for MTL to consider that, it would have to be a much better draft pick. I think MB could consider deals like this if it nets him significant picks (1st & 2nd rd picks) or very good prospects.

Where is the value coming from for Montreal? The value isn't even close.
