I think that bergevin will explore this avenue again this summer. It a possibility, its a little over pay from Montreal point of vue but they will have to do so if they want that left handed defenseman.

Sergachev will be looking at provorov money for sure. He have been good for the Lightning and have been use more and more this year responding quite well.

Bergevin tried this offer sheet move at beginning of season on Hurricanes and he failed as usual but only helped to drive up player salaries. Would not have any confidence in his abilities to actually pull it off.
