Guddy isn't the second worst RD contract... He's a competent RHD man, I'd pay him 2-2.5 mil and be fine with it... Plus the term really isn't that bad, and Demers ? he's decent, he def has positive value lol (Goli is worse on his team)

Guys who have one year left aren't really " bad contracts ", just AAV is the problem.

So from the players you have here
Real bad contracts: Abdelkader, Helm, Nielsen, Okposo, Lucic, Backes, Brown, Moore, Seabrook, Dubinsky
AAV the problem: Smith, Green, Gudbranson, Russell, Howard, Frolik, Reimer, Manning, Bogosian, Sobotka
